Alliance Program Updates:

Effective October 1, 2025, The Health Care Alliance program and the Immigrant Children's Program (ICP) will merge into one program called the Health Care Alliance Program for Adults and Children. No more Managed Care for Alliance. Program is moving from Managed Care Plans (MCP) to Fee for Service (providers must bill DHCF directly for services provided to beneficiaries).
